 Where are we located?

We are located in Memphis, TN. We only operate online though using a warehouse in California and other places.

When will my order arrive?

For standard shipping, items arrive in 8-15 business days. (Some items take shorter or longer to arrive, depending on logistics and/or any outside issues that affects USPS delivery time)

As a consolation for the long wait time, most products in our store are marked down by 20% or more!

Express shipping takes about 3-5 business days to arrive. 

I received a tracking number that looks like this: HMJLC180553438. What does this mean?

This number is the warehouse indicating to us that your package has been processed and is ready for pickup by USPS. We will email you once USPS picks up the package and issues their tracking number. 

Where is the size chart?

Each clothing product will have a size chart in the product description. Sizes slightly vary from product to product.

Please know your measurements (bust, waist, hips) before making a purchase.

What if an item that I purchased runs out of stock?

Either you can wait till get we get it back in stock or we will give you store credit (a gift card with the exact amount spent), especially if we no longer carry that item.

 

Can I combine 2 or more promo codes?

No, you cannot. Our system only allow you to use 1 promo code (or gift card) per purchase.
