Return & Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery & we will give you store credit (via a gift card) after we receive the item. We'll send you a free return label, thus return shipping costs are on us.
If the item has been opened, you only get store credit if the item is in good condition. (Note: Due to the coronavirus issue, we decided to allow store credit to never expire.)
You are allowed to get ONE return per order. So you can only get store credit one time per order.
There are NO returns for clearance sale items.
If an outright refund is warranted (package not arriving, wrong item, etc.), expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return package.
If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order IF we accept the return request.
Note: There are no refunds given for longer than expected shipping & delivery times UNLESS you don't receive your item 60 days (after delivery date expires) after placing an order.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
CECE Clothing reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, CECE Clothing reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-CECE Clothing items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
